Nothing is guaranteed in life, but if you follow the programme as set by your coach and attend all sessions, you’ll be amazed at the changes in your health, movement, and wellbeing within 3 months.
Everyone is different, and your needs will vary. Some clients come twice a week, while others come five times a week. Your coach will advise you based on your needs after your consultation.
